About HCI

Housing & Community Initiatives Inc. (HCI) is a non-profit organization committed to helping residents of Montgomery County achieve their housing goals. Since its founding in 1994, HCI has served more than 12,000 families. In 2005 alone, 1,600 people completed our homebuyer classes. In 2006 HCI is also providing financial literacy classes to immigrants, minorities, and low income residents who need to acquire basic financial skills.
Services are provided at no cost to participants. To keep our service free, HCI requires generous support from corporate and individual donors. These donations help HCI gain the funding needed to cover the costs of course materials, program administration, public outreach, and more. 

About the Tournament

In its 12th year, HCI’s Golf Tournament is the organization's most successful fundraiser and an excellent opportunity for those who support HCI’s mission throughout the year to come together and share in an enjoyable event. 

About the Golf Course

Falls Road Golf Course was completed in 1961 on 158 acres of former farmland east of the Village of Potomac. Over 60,000 rounds of golf are played at Falls Road annually, the highest in the Montgomery County System. Major renovations were completed last year and the course layout is spectacular. The fairways are large, rolling, and well guarded by bunkers. The greens are well kept and will challenge all levels of golfers.

Sponsorship- Sponsor support is an invaluable part of HCI’s mission to help Montgomery County residents achieve their housing goals. We have a full range of sponsorship opportunities for businesses of all sizes, as well as individuals. 

Golfing - Whether you are a novice or an experienced golfer, HCI welcomes you to join us for this enjoyable event. Registration is $135 per golfer. Some sponsorship packages include complimentary registrations.  

Advertising - Advertising in HCI’s golf tournament program is an excellent way to support HCI’s mission and put your business in front of housing industry professionals throughout Montgomery County.
