This schedule shows First-time Home-buyer
Seminars (FTHB) and Orientation Sessions for the
Moderately-priced Dwelling Unit (MPDU) program as well as
the new Post Purchase Seminar for new homeowners.
Registration for a class closes 24 hours before the class start.
IMPORTANT: Home-buyers who want to
participate in the MPDU program must take BOTH the FTHB and MPDU classes.
Home-buyers who do not plan to participate in the MPDU program only need to
take the FTHB (First-time Home-buyer) class.
All classes are held at the
Montgomery County Council Building at 100 Maryland Avenue
