Community Investment Tax Credit Program

The Community Investment Tax Credit (CITC) promotes partnerships between businesses and nonprofit organizations by allocating $1 million in Maryland tax credits to support projects serving communities in Priority Funding Areas.

CITC supports initiatives to revitalize older communities throughout the State through projects such as:

• Community services, including child care and recreational services
• Redevelopment assistance, supporting physical improvements to upgrade areas
• Employment training and job placement services for individuals of limited income
• Education and literacy training
• Community crime prevention

CITC complements other State programs which offer resources to assist communities in their revitalization efforts. For more information on Community Investment Tax Credits, click here.

HCI Annual Fundraising Golf Tournament

In its 12th year, the HCI Charity Golf Tournament is the organization's most successful fundraiser and an excellent opportunity for those who support HCI's mission throughout the year to come together and share in an enjoyable event.

About the Course:
With tour-quality conditions, impeccable service, and Sugarloaf Mountain views, P.B. Dye gold course has a reputation as one of the Washington DC area's best courses. The fairways are large, rolling, and guarded by huge, well-placed bunkers. P.B. Dye offers more than 40 acres of superb Penn links bentgrass in its fairways. The greens at P.B. Dye Golf Club are unusually large and will challenge all levels of golfers.

How can you participate?
Sponsorship - Sponsor support is an invaluable part of HCI's mission to help Montgomery County residents to achieve their housing goals. We have a full range of sponsorship opportunities for businesses of all sizes as well as individuals. For more details on sponsorship, click here.

Golfing - Whether you are a novice or an experienced golfer, HCI welcomes you to join us for this always enjoyable event. Registration is $135 per golfer. Some sponsorship packages include complimentary registrations.
